MORE WITH THE MEEKS: All you need is Love...

For Valentines the past few years Nic and I have decided that cooking dinner together and spending time at home was more special than fighting the crowd at restaurants (although, NOT CHEAPER). This year, Nic prepared (as I was told to stay AWAY from the kitchen) filet mignon with some type of glaze?, lobster something something salad, risotto, grilled asparagus and a raspberry cheesecake and chocolate covered strawberries! It was all very tasty. Nic surprised me on Friday with a nice bottle of wine, which only had 1 glass left in it by Sunday evening (Valentines). Oops! On Valentines morning we had breakfast together, exchanged cards and he surprised me with flowers=) We exchanged gifts several days before Valentines because neither of us can keep secrets too well.
