House progress cont.

I've been out of town all week and haven't seen the house since Monday so of course Nic insisted I go last night and see the progress..

 Notice anything different?

 copper flashing (?) above the windows! (duh!) Nic asked me what I noticed and of course this didn't jump out at me!

FYI-those ugly little things (and the labor I suppose) cost more than any piece of furniture I own. Needless to say...Nic thought this part was "big" and was upset when I asked why there were ruts and holes in my yard!

Nic was excited to see all of these hoses (or whatever they are) so I snapped away to look excited too!

This would be the kitchen sink and window for me to look out while washing dishes=)

 I'll now reveal the secret...the "secret room" will be a craft/junk room!!! I can now pull my sewing machine out AND LEAVE IT OUT and all the other "junk" Nic gets bothered by=)
