We are home πŸ™Œ

I woke up Tuesday feeling so good that Nic and I went for coffee (haven't been able to have this in WEEKS...such a a treat!!) and a short walk. Since I had anesthesia, they were pretty specific on my do's and don'ts so we didn't push it.
My "home" for the last 19 days

We had lunch in Denver at a cool little BBQ place, Roamin Buffalo

We visited the Blue Moon Brewery and ended the day @ the Rockies vs Red Sox game πŸ™Œ

Our favorite was the "Iced Coffee Blonde" (far left)

We cheered for the Rockies since they were the home team but every time our MSU boy, Mitch Moreland was up to bat or made a good play, we yelled for him too!!

Leaving Denver Wednesday was certainly bittersweet. Colorado grew to feel like home.

I missed home, my routine, my coworkers, my pups and all the other "normal" stuff that I never thought I would miss. But I am SO thankful for the opportunity of a lifetime that I had and I'm already ready to return !!!

Thankful for HIS faithfulness and strength at work in my life today. I choose to consider HIS ability over MY circumstance. I will trust and give praise and honor!

2 more days of waiting ….. please keep us in your prayers!!
